Individuals applying for this position should have prior sales experience in controls or mechanical arena. Must be able to clearly articulate building automation solutions that our customers are looking for. Creativity and self-motivation are key attributes to successfully fill this position.

Individuals applying for this position should have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial building components such as HVAC, Electrical and Fire Alarm. Experience in the building automation industry is a plus. Candidates must also be competent with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Access and MySQL databases, and a thorough understanding of IP networks.

Individuals applying for this position should have a self-motivated and self-starter attitude, ready to be comfortable catering to new customers, and help setting up sales with new and established customer bases. Marketing and online business background is a plus.

Individuals applying for this position should have prior experience in preparing programming per plans and specifications, graphic design, Visio or CAD, and a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
